CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
We kindly require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or appointment changes. Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a 50% fee of the scheduled service.
NO-SHOWS
No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. A deposit may be required for future appointments.
LATE ARRIVALS
A 10-minute grace period is provided. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid delaying the next guest. Applicable cancellation fees may apply.
